Corporation wanting to
provide standards above those currently in the market, which
does not not include under and unreported harassment and
some forms of harassment not covered by legal i.e. EEOC
requirement.
Perform assessments, which indicate whether companies are at
risk for harassment violation or have in
place tools which certify them by analyzing, preparing and
presenting confidential results to client.
Evaluate performance capability for educational service
providers. Monitor and
track progress
for clients and educational service providers as they work to
complete certification programs.
Communicate regularly with clients and educational service
providers with news regarding
educational events, opportunities, news, etc..
Recognize outstanding performance for corporations
performing within guidelines with diversity programs inclusive
of under and unreported harassment management.
