Regenia Sanders is currently a
resident of Atlanta, GA. She
works as a manager for Accenture
for the past 9-years, consulting
with organizations such as
Compaq Computers, Caterpillar,
Maytag, Siemens-Westinghouse,
TSA, The Home Depot, Walgreens
and Cingular Wireless focusing
on refining their business
processes and supply chain
processes. Ms. Sanders is also
the managing executive
African-Americans In Motion (AAIM),
a professional development and
networking group within
Accenture’s Atlanta office and a
representative on the Diversity
Council. She as also conducted
guest lectures at the Business
School at Clark- Atlanta
University in Atlanta,
representing the Company.
In Atlanta, Ms. Sanders is very
involved in church and civic
activities. She has most
recently assumed the position of
youth activities coordinator her
church where she is responsible
for developing extra-curricular
programs and seminars to
motivate, mentor and equip
teenagers with valuable ‘life’
skills. Ms. Sanders has also
appeared as the host of a public
policy awareness talk show on
Atlanta Public Access
Television, called ‘What’s In It
for Me?,’ geared towards getting
young adults ages 18 – 24 more
involved in the political
process.
Ms. Sanders is currently the
managing executive
African-Americans In Motion (AAIM),
a professional development and
networking group within the
Atlanta office where she is

representative on the Diversity
Council. Ms. Sanders does
numerous motivational speaking
and leadership development
seminars both locally in Atlanta
and across the country. She
was also selected to the 2002
Class of Leadership Georgia…
Leadership Georgia, the oldest
and largest leadership program
in the country, promotes
awareness of statewide issues by
bringing diverse young leaders
from every area of Georgia
together to learn more about and
discuss current matters.
Ms. Sanders attended Auburn
University and holds a B.S. and
M.S. degrees in Mechanical
Engineering and Materials
Engineering, respectively from
Auburn, with a minor in
Educational Leadership. Ms.
Sanders was selected as the 2006
German Marshall Fellow. |
