Sandi Aigoro, President and
Chief Executive of Hunter
Chatman Communications, Inc. and
Professional Women’s Anonymous
leveraged her career in
telecommunications at Pacific
Telephone Company and
Southwestern Bell, in which she
worked with teams in telephony
and high-technology. Following
the divestiture of the Bell
systems, Ms. Aigoro joined
AT&T’s Management Team where her
knowledge of telephony and high
technology aided her with
transformation projects in
quality assurance,
organizational change, network
engineering, project management,
business development and human
performance. She excelled in
global business while delivering
new initiative products and
services in AT&T’s global
markets.
Advancing from her career with
AT&T, Ms. Aigoro joined Concert
Global Networks, a global
venture between AT&T and British
Telecom. As the Assistant
Director for Customer Advocacy,
Ms. Aigoro received outstanding
recognition for creatively
developing processes to resolve
high-revenue customer
dissatisfaction.
Ms. Aigoro’s most recent
corporate role was with
Accenture as an Executive
Consulting Manager in the
Communications and High
Technology Practice. In this
role, she managed Business
Requirements, Proof of Concept
and eLearning Strategy projects
for Cingular Wireless, Verizon
Wireless and BellSouth. Ms.
Aigoro’s unique skills and
talents were not limited to
large multinational business
enterprises.
Ms. Aigoro helped to set up,
launch and transition several
privately held for-profit and
non-profit ventures through her
own S-Corp, HC Communications (www.hccommunications.com).
Later, she began her focus on
developing strategies to manage
harassment and launched
Professional Women’s Anonymous (www.ProWomen.org),
a powerful tax-exempt
corporation to support
professionals that experience
workplace harassment. Through
much research and review, Ms.
Aigoro became a leading expert
on the subject of harassment.
Ms. Aigoro’s outstanding
accomplishments included
publishing an article in
EleGlance Magazine and receiving
a nomination for the 2007
Turknett Leadership Character
Award. She earned her a Bachelor
of Arts from National-Louis
University in Behavioral
Science, and an Masters in
Business Administration in
International Business from
Mercer University, and a
Master’s Certificate in Project
Management from George
Washington University. |
